CIPP Trenchless
& Epoxy Lining
Cured-in-place pipe lining is the future of sewer rehabilitation — and one of the most technically demanding specialties in the underground utility trades. Pipe Doctor operates a full CIPP trailer and epoxy coating system, and we need the people who know how to use them correctly.
The Standard
What a CIPP Tech Must Know Cold
You understand the difference between inversion and pull-in lining, when each is appropriate, and how to execute both correctly.
Proper resin-to-catalyst ratio, saturation uniformity, and pot life management. A poorly saturated liner fails in the ground — invisibly.
Temperature monitoring, cure time calculation, and end-point verification. You don't pull the bladder until the liner is fully cured.
CCTV inspection, root cutting, and joint sealing before the liner goes in. You don't line a pipe that isn't ready.
Post-installation CCTV, dimensional verification, and documentation. The work isn't done until it's confirmed.
Structural epoxy application for potable water and sewer rehabilitation — surface prep, application thickness, and cure verification.

Full CIPP Trailer & Epoxy System — Provided
Pipe Doctor owns and operates a complete CIPP rehabilitation trailer and structural epoxy coating system. You bring the expertise.
The Culture
No-Dig Doesn't Mean No-Standard.
No-Dig Is Not No-Skill
Trenchless rehabilitation is often sold as the "easy" option. It isn't. A CIPP liner installed incorrectly — wrong resin ratio, incomplete cure, poor pre-lining prep — fails inside the pipe where no one can see it until the system backs up. Pipe Doctor's trenchless techs do it right.
The Pipe Is the Product
When a CIPP liner is installed correctly, the rehabilitated pipe should outlast the original. That's the standard. Not "good enough to pass inspection" — good enough to last 50 years.
Documentation Is Part of the Job
Pre-lining CCTV, resin batch records, cure temperature logs, post-lining verification — every project gets a complete documentation package. Our clients are municipalities and commercial property owners who need to know the work was done right.
Trenchless Saves More Than Money
No-dig rehabilitation preserves roads, landscaping, and infrastructure that would be destroyed by open-cut excavation. The people who do this work are protecting communities, not just fixing pipes.
CIPP Experience Is Rare. We Pay for It.
Trenchless rehabilitation technicians with real CIPP experience are hard to find. If you have it and you do it right, Eric wants to talk.
